Mass City Erbil

Erbil mass city is one of the largest real estate development in Iraq. With hundreds of residential units, low rise and high rise buildings, service buildings, water treatment plants, and other related infrastructure services, this project is a great addition to the face of Erbil city. The project’s design was inspired by the Iraqi and Kurdish cultures that created a unique style for the villas. This high-end gated community comprises 1759 villas with 11 prototypes in one area of a master plan. PEER provided a structural value engineering aiming to provide more optimized engineering solutions.
